Windsor 6 Bar Field Gate

This is a similar design to the Hampton field gate, with one extra rail added (making it a 6-bar style) and spaced closer to the bottom, ideal if you have small animals to contain.

The Windsor gate has its own characteristic charm and is suited for use as an entrance gate or field gate. The construction incorporates the standard design features, planed components throughout and with stop chamfers.

Height: 3'7" (1090mm) to top of top bar / 4' (1219mm) to top of Stile

Supplied in treated green Tanalith 'e' softwood or untreated Iroko hardwood (available upon request, please contact us for a quote).

The Windsor gates are framed, ledged and braced, also bolted for extra strength (stainless steel bolts used). The hanging stile is wider than the catch stile with the top rail tapering to reduce weight on the gate, enhancing the life-span.

These are supplied in a Scandinavian treated softwood as standard, but we can also offer a hardwood (Iroko) finish for these gates. Iroko is a top quality hardwood, yellowish / brown in colour and similar to teak in its texture and properties. This wood makes a superb entrance gate.

While very durable, we recommend you use Sikkens or Sadolins to preserve the timber.
